cyber-rights problem?

what do you do when you try and send a secure email from cyber rights, and it says "unable to find public key for the following address ---------- would you like to send it unencrypted"
does that mean you cant send a secure email to that person at all? anyone have this problem?

that means that its not gonna send encrypted at all....because the users e-mail server does not have the algro-ryth-im to decrypt the encryption.

Yep, that means its NOT a secure connection...

It need to be hush based from end to end for utmost security
