is cyber-rights.net down right now or not? i go to their page and its fine but when i try and log into my account it just keeps saying page cannot be displayed

I wonder if there some type of network attack or virus going around, theres like 6 different sites I tried accessing , from email, to online games, that are not accesible for some reason.
