Ok, how does this calorie intake sound for someone at 213lbs , 18.5%


Carbs 130g( 520 cals ) , Protein 250g (1000 cals ) , Fat 100g(900cals )

total calories – 2420

about 28g - 42g's of Fat would come from Flax seed oil.


Anything I should up or lower? and are my calculations correct?

Carbs are just about right and fat is also, what i would suggest is upping the protein a little to get more grams in your daily diet and also upping your calories a bit. I find 2400 calories is low for a 213lbs male. Maintenance for a sedentary 175lbs male is about 3000 calories. A big drop like that in calories could lead to muscle loss, fatigue and other consequences.
