i am trying to lose some wieight. I am 6'3 245. I have been working out for about 2 years now. I want to loose some wieght for summer. I know I need a good diet and a workout plan, but I do not know which cutting cycle will help me the best. I was thinkin about either clen or t3. IDK if there is anything better. Any advice will help greatly thank you

diet first then training & cardio sorted out. lose some naturally.

start small with OTC fatburners from our board sponsors first then we will talk milder CNS stimulants.

clen is like trying to run a marathon without knowing how to walk. take baby steps through the progression instead of going right to the top.

Diet & Cardio is a great combination...maybe add in an ECA stack. How much are you trying to lose and what is your current plan to do so, outside of the use of t-3 or clen?

Okay, but whats your workout plan look like? What are you doing for Cardio? The more exact your answers, the better responses/advice you will get from the board members.

Personally, as stated above, I would not immediately jump to be "on something" right away....If you just cleaned up your diet, I would think its too soon.

My suggestion would be 3 - 4x a week circuit/total body workouts, with HIIT or some form of intense cardio at least 30 min, on an empty stomach in the AM 3 - 4x a week.

I would think that you will be amazed with the results of a clean diet and cardio. Plus, get on Fitday to log your caloric intake and macros. Also, I have a programmable heart rate monitor that I use to track calories burned & peak and average heart rate during my workouts.

I think there is a lot of room for you to lose weight without the additional reliance on such supplements.
