cutting??

hey guys im about 190 with a good size but i want to try and cut up for the summer im taking no-xplode creatine, muscle synergy(by beverley int.), and protein, i also just got lipo 6 by nutrex. I have a protein shake in the morning, than egg whites for lunch about 7 of them and than a nice steak for dinner with vegtables, now between meals i eat fruit, and also try and drink about 1 1/2 gal. of water a day. i work out 5 days a week with cardio for about 20 minutes 4 days a week....what do u guys think, is this gonna work?? any suggestions??
 
a lot more meals.... eat every 2-3 hours. u need more carbs/meat/ efa's
~200 + grams of protein
~220 g of carbs... good carbs
~ efa's - omega 3's

too much fruit is bad for cutting... but some ok. its got some sugar

heres my cutting diet

meal 1-- 8 eggs , 6 whites, 2 whole
1/2 c. dry oatmeal

meal 2- tuna and wheat bread

meal 3 - chicken breat and rice

meal 4- same as meal 3

meal 5 - lean mass shake, preworkout

meal 6 - chicken , rice, bean,. postworkout

meal 7- chicken

and if time for meal 8- chicken


haah i looove chicken
