hey guys im about 190 with a good size but i want to try and cut up for the summer im taking no-xplode creatine, muscle synergy(by beverley int.), and protein, i also just got lipo 6 by nutrex. I have a protein shake in the morning, than egg whites for lunch about 7 of them and than a nice steak for dinner with vegtables, now between meals i eat fruit, and also try and drink about 1 1/2 gal. of water a day. i work out 5 days a week with cardio for about 20 minutes 4 days a week....what do u guys think, is this gonna work?? any suggestions??
