Cutting?

OK so I am taking in almost no carbs, the only foods I am really eating are steak, chicken and fish all grilled. I am also eating salads with every meal. All I drink is water. I am doing 35- minutes of cardio 4 times a week. I am also taking in about 120g of protien supplementally. I am 6' 200'. I am also 10%bf. How does my diet look?
 
What are you eating for fats? have some nuts, flax or fish oil to keep it simple. They will keep you energized to over come the no carbs.
