OK so I am taking in almost no carbs, the only foods I am really eating are steak, chicken and fish all grilled. I am also eating salads with every meal. All I drink is water. I am doing 35- minutes of cardio 4 times a week. I am also taking in about 120g of protien supplementally. I am 6' 200'. I am also 10%bf. How does my diet look?
