Cutting that extra stubborn fat?

I have a few questions about a good cutting cycle with clen & T3 when to do it can you do it the last four weeks of your 12 week cycle (even though I am thinking about staying on testosterone for a lot longer time and cycling orals (Dbol and wnny but one at a time obviously with time in between each oral)

Can you do it any time? Do you do it after a cycle is complete and you are off AAS or should you do it the last four weeks of my tentatively 12 week cycle.

How much, when, and if to mix this with Trex, YES or cardio breeze etc. the ultimate cutting cycle I guess

I do know all about cardio and diet but I suck sometimes at discipline on the diet part when I am getting pretty low on the bf I want to go that extra mile this time. I have not been to single digits for many years. I am mentally ready to focus on the diet to get to where I want to be but I want to cheat if I can to maintain after I am there as much as I can.
 
I used to run yohimburn and Trex while on. I wasnt really hitting the juice very hard and my diet was more a cutting type (low carbs, low fat, moderate calories, high protein).
 
I am finding it hard to maintain a decent diet although I am not doing too bad. My avatar is me about 4 or so weeks ago but there are just times I am so damned hungry and I need to eat because of work and timing and all. Sesapure and Gluceroll are helping me quite a bit I believe during the bulking phase Because I have been maintaining. But I am thinking of starting my cutting diet either after this weekend or in a few weeks depending on what I hear in this thread and how fast I can get some of this stuff whether I am going to or not. Since I am infatuated with test now I am also thinking about taking it forever well at least for a lot longer than I originally intended. When/if I stop it will be like saying good bye to a really good friend for a while but I will be seeing it again!

No I do not excersize in the morning. My typical week is work from about 7:30 a.m. until anywhere from 5p m - 7pm depending on work schedule then I try to eat dinner depending on the time but if I end up going to the gym for a couple hours and have to eat late at night then it will consist of mostly protien a steak some protien drink fish or something like that maybe I will have a imitation crab (lowfat fish) sandwhich in which case I will down some gluceroll to take care of some of them carbs but I try to stay away from the carbs at night.
 
Actually I do not have any cardio breeze, YES or Trex I am contemplating it at this time. I am looking for the right combo between all that stuff and T3, Clen etc. and when while you are on or off AAS or does it matter.

t3 really should only be used with AAS (unless you are thyrosuppressed or super on top of diet and dosing- which would be LOW)

The fact is although I have some (T3), it kind of sounds a little dangerous screwing with your thyroid. Even though, I love living on the edge

I did a cutter with the thermorexin and it worked great! I lost about 15 lbs. in about a month or so. It looks like you have the same bodytype as me. I have a hard time getting rid of that extra fat around the waistline. I would say get your diet dialed in and once you have donw that then start with the cutting supps..good luck man!!

The only cardio id suggest on an empty stomach would be walking and the amount of calories it burns are very low. Youd have to do a lot of it to see any effect.
 
I used YES on the abs and handles on my last cutter, it was the first time in my life that I had ever saw a six pack...It is pretty much gone now (I must have drank 4 of them) but it worked great.
 
How about you quit asking for a miracle drug. Stubborn fat??? You have fat that you can get rid of easily. Workout with weights, do cardio and eat properly. That is not stubborn fat. Your lifestyle is the problem.

Just because you work 10 hour days, doesn't mean you can't eat while you are working. Take some muscle milk or some other protein that is a slow releaser with you to work. Pack some chicken and rice and eat it throughout the day.

It seems like you don't want to do any of the hard work, but you want to look like you do. Get real and re-evaluate what you really want to look like and whether or not you are willing to do the work necessary!!!

i agree. by the looks of the avatar it isnt stubborn fat thats hanging on. stubborn fat is the last few pounds not 15 pounds or more.

I agree 100%. At one point I was willing to do that. Now I am not. But I don't complain about not being ripped. I'm happy at 10%. It's all about sacrafice.

If I am the idiot, who is the one that does a dbol cycle and gets fat and bloated off of it. This is your fault for using any AI or maybe trying to eat clean and do a little cardio.

I still think that if you look like your picture or 6 weeks after, there is no reason to use all the stuff that you listed. You talk about how you don't eat clean and not often enough. What the fuck do you want us to tell you, the truth or a fucking lie that will not help you in the future.

Real Answer that everyone is thinking: Continue to eat bad and not often enough. Take your stuff and lose some weight so that you gain it all back and look like you do now after your done.

peace my apologies bad day yesterday should have had more of an open mind I just get tired of hearing people act like they are the only ones who know how to put on muscle and eat right. Truth is my diet was not the best at first not because of lack of knowledge but because lack of discipline. Most of it is gone already you will see soon. I was bieng childish by letting your comments get to me. When wrong, admit it.

Gymrat same! I have the diet and training down at least the knowledge of it discipline can be another story. I did have love handles and the cropping definately accentuated them but regardless they were there. I am strictly following my diet now but when bulking I used that as an excuse to eat like crazy.
 
by the way timtim. I did not mean to bomb you. in fact I did not realize that hitting dissaprove on the karma deal was actually how you bombed people. You are the first person I ever bombed and it really sucks that you did not deserve it! Sorry!
