cutting sucks!

i'm cutting, but i can hardly resist my urge to eat and grow. it just feels wrong in every way to be on-cycle, and not growing. i'm on fina test, and i feel like i'm wasting it. looking for words of encouragement!
 
i probably like cutting more.... i do more martial arts training, instead of food, i take about 75-90mg of ephidrine, 3 times a week =)
well... of course i eat, most protein though, the ephs really help to get the cravings in check....
and in generall, i feel better than when bulking, but thats me =)

I blow my cutting cycles becase of what your talking about. Can't seem to beat the urge to eat. Also feel the pain about wasting a cycle. Good Luck!! I will try fina at the end of the cycle i'm on instead of doing a whole cutting cycle.
 
boss - great answer......if you are 16.

You should be eating all the time if you are on a cutting cycle! I eat every 2 -3 hours during the day. Just cut down on some of the starchy carbs and don't eat any crap food or pop.
 
I don't think there is a single person on each that likes "cutting" but the fact is, it in most cases, has to be done (unless your very lucky) I personally do not have any probs with "cravings" while dieting. I still eat 5-6 times a day at least but the meals are smaller and I'd say 80-85% of it is protein and the carbs I do eat are first thing in the morn and right after a workout. Do not try and totally starve yourself when dieting (as a lot of people do, which causes them to be hungry all the time) just eat a lot of the right foods....Good luck guys, I am starting in a couple weeks :( :)

same problem...

running OX @ 40 MG ED and am constantly fighting the urge to shovel down tons of food / protein. having zero will power for dieting doesn't help either :(
 
thanks bros. the problem isn't so much with cravings, i mean, i eat frequently, and have small meals. i'm doin everything right. it's just that i want to grow, and thus want to eat. but at the same time, what's the use in getting big all the time, if you never shred it up. i'm 233, 5'11'', at about 10% (i'd guess), but with abs. the fat i have, i tend to store very evenly over my body, with no main areas of concern. i want to get good thigh separation though, and bring out my big ass thigh vein, i.e. 5-6% bf, or lose about 8 lbs of fat. i think my problem is, by my standards, i'm not fat enough to look like i HAVE to cut, nor small enough to think i HAVE to bulk. so ultimately, the decision is difficult. thanks though. i appreciate it. you're right boss, cutting is for fags. that's why i rarely do it. but everynow and then, every one has to do it. even dexter jackson, flex wheeler, and you.

Damn, I just wanted to post "cutting rules!"

The advantages are:
1. Not having to eat so much ( I don't like eating)
2. Blood pressure drops
3. Fat melts away, and you look actually bigger
4. Stamina goes up
5. I don't spend half of my day on the litter, and keep my pants clean during squats and deadlifts
6. No stinky farts

I just love it!

cutting sux! But it has to be done to be a well rounded athlete (unless of course you want to be really rounded!) it sucks being weak, it sucks being tired, it sucks being hungry, it sucks even smelling good food while cutting, however, I just cut 30lbs for comp (still got around 15 to go) and I have never got so much ass in my life! Rip up that midsection and although eating is great, sex is better!
