cutting split, help me win

Started cutting one week ago tomorrow and things are going great. My plan is to eat big and clean and instead of cutting back on calories rather up on the cardio and eat smaller meals more frequent. Shooting for 6%bf, then I will sgtay there for a couple of weeks and change everything in my diuet(low carbs) to get down to 3-4%.

I'm still on test, EQ and winny and will be so for another 3½ weeks. Also started Clen at 50mcg today. I'm also using slin post

My goal right now is to cut up slowly and still make some improvements in my arms.

I thought I would try something like this and instead of one arm day, rather cut back on the sets/movements and do them 2 times per week like this.

Mon: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps,
Tuesday: Quads, ABS, calfs
Wedn: Back, Hamstring, Biceps, forearms
Thu: OFF
Fri: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF
Mon: Back, Hamstring, biceps, forearms
Thu: Quads, ABS, Calfs

Benchpress 5 x 5(next time incline)
Incline benchpress or DB press 2 x 8(next time flat)
Military Press 5 x 5(front, next time behind)
something for sides of shoulders 2 x 10
Narrow bench, or dips or sculls 3 x 5, next time 3 x 10


legkick 2 x 10, Squats 5 x 10,
crunches in machine 5 x max
seated calff raise 5 x 10


Deadlifts 5 x 10
Chins 3 x max
Lying legcurl 5 x 6-8
Standing bicepscurl DB or BB(next time scottcurls) 3 x 5, next time 3 x 10
Reverse grip BB curls 3 x 10

I will chane movements every session and reps will not be the same. It seems my body needs the change of movements or do something different time to time. I respnd better that way

I will do morningwalks and sometimes on the OFF days HIIT. I loose muscle mass pretty easy so I need the food and rather eat more and up on the cardio, that works better for me than lowering the cals.

What do you think? Any advice, ideas or something?? Anything that would be better for my arms?

suppliements + gear:

ALA 500mg to every meal(about 3g per day)
Yohimbine HCL 2 times per day at 6mg each time oral use
Clen 50 mcg 3 days, 75mcg 5 days, 100mcg 6days
caffein 250mg before mrningwalk and for lunch. Both times with Yohimbine and Clen

My diet is high protein, medium carbs, low fat on slin/workout days

Non workout days medium protein, medium carbs, medium fat
