Cutting Questions

Now that I have just finished bulking up, I'd like to loose a bit of fat round my waist before I bulk again. I'd Like to see a six pack without pulling down my fat :).

As I'm waiting three months again before I use AS again (Get my hormones back to normal) to bulk I would like to take the opportunity to loose the fat. My trainer at the gym says I should cut down my workout to just 2 sets instead of 4 and the time saved on this (25 mins or so) I should do CV. He never said about diet. When bulking I was taking 350g protein, 450g Carbs and fat varied from day to day.

Trouble is I'm bothered about loosing muscle. I know I can't gain muscle while loosing fat, but can I at least keep all my muscle and loose fat.

Basically I want to know what you chaps do for cutting. I've asked around on the training and diet boards but don't seem to get a clear answer.

I've learnt alot about bulking but nothing about cutting.

Do I need an AS to cut successfully or is it all diet?
 
Its all diet and cardio. You will lose some muscle but as long as your strength doesnt plummet youll be fine
 
So what sort of a diet should I be aiming for? Low carbs? No Carbs? No Fat?

What works best?

Would AS, lets say primobolan/winstrol prevent muscle loss?
