Cutting out carbs....bad idea?

Ok so I'm looking to get ripped...my body responds well when I lower my carbs drastically...I'm talking no more than 50 g a day before afternoon...but the problem is I train 5-6x a week including cardio 4-5x a week...I need energy! And it's also impossible for me to stay on this kind of diet for longer than a couple of months.... I'm on an ECA stack but I've been on it for too long so I'm gonna have to cut it out for a few weeks...will carbs really make the fat burning process slower if I still train/do cardio so much?

I like your location baby

I am not the ultra ripped type, but I can get really lean and preserve muscle by following a diet such as this.

meal 1 full fat yogurt with very littlle honey....about 28 grams of carbs

meal 2 salad with protien, and some kind of dressing and a little cheese.

meal 3 full fat yogurt with very littlle honey....about 28 grams of carbs

meal 4 salad with protien, and some kind of dressing and a little cheese.

meal 5 (optional)..........protien drink before bed

this diet is enough to keep you energized, suppy calcium to your bones, and get you slim

sweetie pie.

you work out so much that I fear if you deplete your carbs too much......then poof!!!:sulk:

bye bye bootay......and yours is right on target already....as I have seen...so why mess with perfection?

that would be futile:)
