Cutting on Prop, am I eating enough?

I'm 5'8" 170, maybe 20-25% body fat. I'm on an 8 week cutting cycle of test prop and clen and I'm nearing the end of my first week.
I usually have 4 meals a day, consisting of 4-5oz of grilled chicken breast or some canned tuna, a vegetable medley, and a protein shake.
When I'm really spent I shoot b12 for energy because my carbs are under 40g per day.
My total caloric intake is around 1600 calories per day, I would incorporate more fats and go keto but I get pancreatitis from excess fat consumption-
am I consuming enough?

I do cardio, 40 mins, 3x per week- medium intensity, and I lift heavy 5 days per week.

How's this look?
 
I get pancreatitis when I consume too many fats like that- its too much and I start to vomit bile.
I've tried it before and it wasn't pretty
 
Oh, hmmm, maybe a 40/30/30 diet. 40% protein and 30% fat and carbs.
 
if you want to keep it simple, just eat a shitload of protein, and only have carbs in the morning, and before and after your lift, on lift days, and on cardio days only in the morning and post cardio
