cutting gel alternative and liver protector

Just some interesting info. Cutting gel, from what I understand is nothing but fancy packaging of lecithin. You can get that in the fish oil section of gnc. Upon further research, soy lecithin helps release fat from the cells and into the blood stream.
Milk thistle is a great liver protector. But suppliment that with a product called liverlite. Works really well. Just some info I picked up from around the way cuz im bored

The actual active ingredient in Cutting Gel in aminophylline. You can buy it at any Walgreens or Rite-Aid pharmacy for around $10 and it does the same thing.
