i am starting a cut for about six weeks i have my calories straightened out but i have a question about post workout nutrion. If i lift five days a week and then do 40 minutes of cardio after(low intensity). Should i still have my high gi carbs after or would this be too many times a week to have this hi gi carbs. ANy advice would be appreciated. Swole it would be my pleasure if you could chime in to. thanks
