Cutting for SPRING BREAK

I am currently 5'11 205 at 10% bodyfat.

I am leaving to Jamaica in approx. 2 months, and looking to get shredded. All advice to help me is appreciated.

Here is what I am doing thus far....
Supplementation: 10 week cycle of clenbuterol, protein shakes twice a day, mega men. (trying to stick to basics but what essential supplements or vitamins am I missing?)

Cardio: Morning before breakfast Stairclimber 45 minutes, 4 times a week burning approx. 1200 calories per session. Evening run 3 times a week.

Diet: Basic Atkins diet cutting out all carbs, basically just tuna salads, chicken breast, and protein shakes.

Workout: Still have not decided, probably regular full body workout with only a minute in between sets and higher reps.

I am looking to get down to about 185, not too concerned about losing some muscle.
 
I would not cut out all carbs. Limit what you take in after 3pm and make sure the carbs you do take in are fiberous.
Everything else looks good.
 
1200 calories in 45 minutes! Your intentsity is way too high. You are burning more muscle than fat. Take it down to about 120 HR for 50 mins. I would go on CKD or just increase fat intake alot.

You sound like you are doing exactly what i was doing 2 years back. I lost too much muscle and totally regret it to this day.

Super is right you need some carbs for normal brain function and energy. I have cut for spring break many times and 200g of carbs chopped me up you have alot of cardio sessions you will burn it off.

Eating limited amount of carbs makes dieting alittle easier mentally
 
why do some feel they can slack off the whole year then try to get ripped for spring break to try to pull a little extra trim. This never really made sense to me, and doesnt seem like a healthy lifestyle.

Spring break in most schools I know of have it around Easter. So Lets see he might have been bulking most of the year and now he is using the 4 months before spring break to get shredded.

So don't jump to conclusions and be judgmental and say that this guy represents your "some" who feel the need to slack off all yearand then try to get ripped.

I might be wrong and you might be generalizing but since you posted it here instead of starting a new thread, I assume you're thinking this guy is slacking and only working hard for spring break.

thats why i said some. I wasn't being judgemental about this guy, but this time of year i bet we'll see alot more threads from spring breakers that lift 3 months out of the year that want help with their killer cutting cycles for their trip to daytona, when they have no intention of doing things responsibly

hahha... SLACK off the whole year? Wow you are one hard core motherfucker... the guy says he is 5'11" 205lbs at 10%bf...

I'd hardly call that slacking.

He just has a little triming to do. He is better off than 90% of the people on this board, guaranteed...

So youre telling me you wanna get all cut up for spring break, and then youre gonna get wasted everynight?

205 at 10% is already pretty defined dude. You will look better than most of the average Joe's there. Besides, chicks will be drunk as hell and horny, even if your game sucks u can still get laid on spring break
 
How is this any different than the rest of the world that gets all cut for summer? The fact is a lot of people spend spring break on a beach somewhere and who the hell doesn't want to be cut when you're going to be shirtless most of the time?
 
I work my ass off all year, and have never took anything other than clebuterol, not even creatine. I used to be a state champ powerlifter, but joined the marine corps officer program last year, my sophomore year of college, and have been trying to focus more on running and being overall more lean and fit more than being huge and being able to bench 500 pounds.

At the same time I am human, and do care about what I look like, and enjoy getting especially ripped for spring break every year. I really have a blast doing it, trying to get the best build possible by that time, and having a lot of motivation doing it. Though I obviously party my ass off that week, after that I focus on getting into shape for the summer.

Though my bodyfat is always low I am not genetically gifted, and always need to go that extra mile to get rid of the lovehandles and define the abs.
 
I suggest you use Thermorexin and Liporexin with that. Use a rotation of Thermorexin for 4 weeks, then clen 2 weeks, while taking the the Liporexin throughout. If you're going to keep your carbs, and I agree you should, then Glucorell R daily.
If you do this along with what you've posted you should be walking the beach at 7% like Fonz and Fukkenshredded do.

Once my elbow heals I´m going for 5.5% at about 176lbs. Who knows maybe we´ll got to FL for SPB....seems to be a favourite among athletes over here. That, and Cancun and San Pedro island.

Btw, I already went through 3 entire bottles of the Glucorrel-R I got from the UK AF Store in just one week...lol I just have one left....but 12 bottles waiting for me back home. :)

Its really helping keep the fat off because of inactivity. Elbow is the size of a golf ball(literally).

Two things you can count on every year:

1. A hugh, temporary, influx of mullets into the gym in January.

2. A rash of "Spring Break" cutter threads.

At 9 AM, after dropping my date off(NYEve), I was walking down the pier in Barcelona(lets just say a bit intoxicated...lol) and there´s this lichen(green moss) that grows around the sides of the pier, well I slipped and BANG! straight down on my left elbow in order to break my uncontrolled head over hells fall. I just broke the water sack in the elbow...no bones or ligament damage. It just blew up in like 24hrs to the size of a golf ball....all swollen. I could barely move it. Its under control now but its going to be 4-7 weeks before it heals. Sucks. But at least I had an awesome new years Eve. :)

Wait for the truly sad ones that come up like 2 weeks before, where someone wants to GET RIPPED AND SHREDDED and has like 14 days to do it.
 
Hey sam, makes you happy you are paying for a membership here and all you are getting is bullshit responces from a bunch of know it alls.

You may want to try utlers advice if your not already on clen.
 
You guys are being a little hard on the guy aren't you? Sure, anyone can pull ass at spring break, but with a nice body, the ass you pull will be nicer looking. I can asure you, I would rather put in a few months of cutting and bag a 10 rather than slack off and wake up next to some tub of shit. If I were going on spring break, i would want to cut up too. Bam

big ASS bump for ulters advice, you will be amazed at what r-ala with 200 grams of carbs will do to ya. i felt harder on ala thenon some roid stacks
 
Liporexin, Thermoexin, Yohimburn

I am not familiar with these AF store products. After going to the site, I may try the liporexin and thermorexin.

If I only had to choose one, between the liporexin and thermoexin, which one would you suggest?

Lastly, how effectively does the yohimburn Df really work? Would it make that much of a difference in getting rid of lovehandles, or getting a tighter sixpack.

I would prefer to add one of these 3 in addition to clenbuterol, whichever would be strongest and most effective.
