Cutting for contest in 2 weeks

I'm 5'10 162 lbs.
8.9% bf
Yes, I know I'm a lightweight, but it's a comp. with my friends from school.

Anything I can do, to cut fat for the contest? Just quickly, with some short term results?

I heard that if I eat babyfood one week before, and continue with my training that I would lose the body fat? anybody back this?

I know it may not be healthy, just wondering what everybody does, as well?
 
Bro, apply common sense. If you are 8.9& BF you are either:

1. Blessed with a fast metabolism
2. a seasoned diet/training expert

what does common sense says about eating a bunch of pureed fruits (carbs) with sugar and starchs?
 
your 162... your bmr is about 1800 cals. do cardio morning before meals.. lifting afternoon and cardio after last meal. keep water intake high until 2 days before your "comp" . high protein , mod carbs and fat. eat every 2 hours and very clean and strict. dependin on how old u are u can get some thermo's
