Cutting exercises.. suppliments

I am happy with my 3 months of bulking.. made some good gains.. gained about 15 pounds and am still not fat at all.. can still see 4 pack.. I want to cut this down to the 8 pack I can feal though..
I hear about all this cardio stuff and alot of different techniques.. some do sprints some jog some incline walk.. they all badger eachothers workouts..
And I also hear about talking BCAA's before cardio..
So well I am tryin to slim down fairly quick before I leave on vacation in 3 weeks.. I am on a good diet after thanksgiving now.. alot of turkey :)..
But what suppliments should I buy 'gnc preferably' that has these bcaa's? Which are amino acids right?
And what cardio should I do. Bulking I was just fast jogging a mile each week.. along with random hiking snowmobiling/snowboarding. Should I add 2 mile jog to each workout or what? And I should change to a 15 rep max type work out? currently do about 8 rep max, and then go up 10 pounds and pump about 2-3 out till failiure.. its given me some promising gains.
I know jkruze and Beachbud or whatever just slimmed down and I know many of you do BB so I would be very thankfull for some knowledgable input from people with experience.. Karma ;)
Oh and for the lower ab's do you do weighted leg lifts by putting your elbows in those holsters hanging below the pull up bar.. then lifting your legs strait out to where you are in a L shape. Or do you just put a dumbell between ur feet and lift ur knees as close as u can to ur chest.. thanks guys

its diet
post up what your daily diet is like now and we can make adjustments to that
i wouldnt train too differently unless you feel liek its taking too much of a tool

It's gonna be tough for you to do much damage in three weeks after three months of bulking.

Like d3 said, diet will be key here, followed by some cardio. You might get a little bit of help from a fat burner, but not much. Supplements generally do not help in cutting near as much as the marketers would have you believe.

GNC sucks. As far as fat burners - I advise against them. I took one last summer and it fucked my metabolism big time. It's just starting to come back to normal. Cardio - sprints are cool every once in a while, but I feel running a 2-3 miles at moderate intensity is just as good.

Okay.. My diet is great.. its the CTK thing or wtvr mr. x has.. I need to change my exercises well because I was eating round 6000 calories a day and im at 185 pounds.. I just did intense 2 hour workouts 5-6 times a week and would eat non stop..So its super hard to fight the cravings.. I'm used to 600 calories of tuna at one sitting not 250:( I'll start doin the cardio thing.. I am noticing a difference immediatly.. being 18 and still young I think changes might be faster to.. thanks

Cut the cals ssssllllooooowwwwllllyyyy. It'll give your metabolism a chance to adjust and you won't get those cravings all the time. Plus you'll hold onto most of your muscle as opposed to diving in right away, going from 6000 to 2000.

it'll help with keeping your training up too
remember, weight training cranks up the metabolism
