How long is your cutting cycle?

I've been at it nine weeks now. The results are good but I'd still like to lose more fat. Problem is I don't know how long I can keep up the strict diet. Suggestions?

I agree, those are good points. What will also help is setting a definite goal, it gives you something specific to shoot for instead of just going with the flow of things. Good luck!
