Current status
178cm in hight
170lb in weight
waist
eating 200g protein
75g carbs
fat try to get 20g in but need to find good fat sources.
now working this out i know this equals 1280cals per day
here is my pic to guestimate fat percentage if u will.
my activity
i train heavy 4 times a week
and try to get 2-3 cardio sessions in a week at 30 mins
i also play football on a sunday every other week (soccer) sunday league.
i have an office job where i dont move from my desk much through out my day
i think i am carb sensative but this could be because i have lost a lot of
weight over the last yr or so around 60 pounds by low carbing infact low
eating..
i would like some advice how i could tweak my diet to maximize my cut.
