These carbs will do nothing to you, believe me... after your workout your muscles are literally sponges, and will soak up all the High GI carbs you are throwing. Remember this goe to your glycogen reserves, not your butt...
On the other hand, if you are uneasy (at 7% I'm sure you listen to your body), reduce the amount of carbs according to the size/intensity of the muscle group trained). I go full ration for back and legs... 50% for arms and about 75% for chest/delts.
