What in your opinion is the best cutting cycle? What gear, how many weeks, and how many mg.

IMO, your cutting cycle research should start with your diet. Once you have that on paper and ready then you can talk about gear, etc.....

My diet is straight. I guess one question about that is about 50% of my intake (protein, cals, carbs, etc) are from shakes due to I work 10 hours a day and I cant stop to eat every 2-3 hours. Whats your opinion on that ?

IMo thats to much nutrition coming from shakes real food is alway better for numerous reasons. have to go will post later....

That's too much from meal replacements. And I know where you're coming from as far as working lots of hours and not being able to stop to eat, but you need to make as much of an effort as possible. I only have a shake immediately post workout, and everything else I eat during the day is whole foods. The shakes are absorbed too fast and just make me feel bloated.

And the best cutting cycle you can do is a proper diet and cardio. You do not need aas unless you are going from a low bf% (10-12) to a very low 5-6%. Of course everyone uses gear to cut, but most don't need to. Many people believe that "winny will cut you up" and "eq makes your veins grow and get ripped". Rubbish. Muscle definition and vascularity are a byproduct of low bf%, which is in turn a byproduct of diet, genetics, and cardio. Of course things like winstrol, tren, and masteron will give your muscles a harder, more striated appearance, but that's only if you're lean enough to begin with.

maybe should do a little research

Search the Forums and become educated.

Generally many use Test as a Base and add Low to non Aromatizable compounds as an adjunct to the cycle for a desired effect.

Additional areas of education:

AI's, what are they? and what to use, and in what amount.

Diet, whats best for your goals?

Training, what is best for your goal

This would probably be better suited for the diet board at this point, but some would debate the "too much nutrition from shakes" theory. Didn't Mr. X post a diet that consisted of only shakes and ANPB?

As for cutting gear, I always use Test as a base - Prop if I really need to control bloat, or Cyp/Enan if I don't want to be a pin cushion. I've used EQ, but controlling the hunger can be a challenge while cutting. A lot of people use Tren. I've always avoided it because I naturally have a short fuse, and I don't need to make that any worse.

test@500/wk. for 10
tren@400/wk. for 8
GH@10iu's eod for 6 mos. min.
T3@25-50mcg.
HIIT cardio 30-45min. 5/wk.
A dialed in diet
