Hi everyone,first of all sorry for my english
i' m looking for a hard look and maybe i ll compete as man physique ( 12 week about to go)
I' m 177 cm about 93 kg
Now is my 4* weeks of prep:
Week 1-2
250 sustanon
500 primo
500 eq
Week 3-9*
250 stustanon
500 primo
500 eq
400 tren a
0.5 adex eod
0.5 dostinex e3d
i m thinking about how continue my cycle, but i m pretty sure to switch eq and primo with 300/400 masteron and 400 winstrol .i wanted to use winny from now but maybe is more safe to wait becouse i ve choiced a long period for my cycle.
My diet is clean:
1-2 day 150 cho, 300 pro, 50 fat
3-4-5 100 cho, 300 pro 50 fat
6 0 cho,300 pro 50 fat
7 200 cho,200 pro ,30 fat
(I have 1 cheat meal a week in the 6' day)
I wo 5 times/week and i make 20 minutes of cardio after weight every session.
I want some advises.
First of all i want to fight my gyne, that is emerged in the week 4. I m pretty sure that is from tren. What can i do?
Secondly i have some problems with my abs. I m pretty hard and i ve a lot of veins on my body. But my 6 pack is very hard to show. Last year i was shredded in every part of my body , my abs were amazing but i wanted more . They re lag behind . What can i do ?
Now i m taking 2 cps of lipo6 extra concentrate couse i ve used much clen and efe during my off cycle.
