Cutting cycle - Winstrol

Hi

I have just started cutting for the summer and Im thinking of adding winny so that I dont lose so much muscle, or maybe add a few pounds.

I will keep my diet clean and do alot of cardio.

My routine is a 2-split, mon(thur) and tue(fri) with 15-30 min cardio after each workout + morning jog 3 days a week.

Im currently 185lbs. I dont know my bf, but im guess its around 12-15%. My goal is, obviously, to get a lower bf and keep as much muscle as possible for the next 4 weeks.

My daily intake is about 2200-2300kcal(cutting), and I have lost ca 5lbs the last couple of week and my strength is the same. Should I increase the kcal when I start winny?

I have only done one cycle before, and that was tbol @ 50mg/day for 4 weeks.
I had great gains, and kept almost everything. Didnt have any sides.

What dosage would you think is best for me? I was thinking of 30mg/day for 4 weeks, but that may be a little bit low?

As i mentioned, I didnt get any sides from tbol.
I have heard that winny is harsh on the hair. Can i take something to protect my hairline, or is 30mg/day so low that Im safe?

For the PCT i will take Unleashed or Forma Stanozol for 2-3 weeks.

What can i expect from a cycle like this?

In my experience you will still lose a substantial amount of mass regardless of chemicals you take if you are in a calorie deficiency state. Unless you are significantly overweight, in which your body can sustain itself to some degree from fat burning. Your lean mass requires a certain amount of calories (and protein for that matter) to sustain itself. Fall below that level and you will lose muscle mass regardless of what you try. When I cut I go at most 500 calories under maintenance and make the most substantial quantity of my diet quality proteins.
 
My maintainance would be around 3000 cal iguess, so you would say that i should not go lower than 2500?

Any thoughts of the dosage? 30, 40 or 50?
 
Winny@50mg ED, add in 20-30gr ED BCAA for 4-5 weeks if you can, for muscle retention. Maybe a cortisol lowering supplement for 4 weeks PCT, if you are really serious about preserving muscle.
