Cutting Cycle-VAR and Clen

Hi,


I did a bulk with a Ostarine only cycle, and gained some good size. I have now been cutting for 8 weeks naturally, and am almost at 13% bodyfat


Now, I want to turn it up a notch, and want to do a CLEN + VAR Cycle. I know I don't have a Test base, but I don't want to pin, plain and simple. Now ,I know I might get a lot of flame for not having a test base, but I want to run a short and sweet 6 week cycle, and make it my first and last cycle.


I am not going to be bulking or cutting after this, and will be maintaining only this my first and last cycle.


So, if anyone who can really comment on this, without flaming, I would appreciate the feedback

Cycle Assist-2 Tabs Daily


Supplements-Multivitamin, Creatine, Preworkout, Taurine, Potassium, BCAA, Protein, Natural Test Booster

the most important question to ask you is your diet. you want to stay in a 400-500 caloric deficit during this time.. and you should be exercising daily.. the issue comes with your choice of drugs here. anavar has some rough pumps, which make it hard to do cardio. and clen wrecks cardio too

a better and healthier cutting cycle for you would be a SARM's stack instead.. this way you can continue exercising without interference

something like S4 + GW/SR9009, or ostarine + GW/SR9009

they will protect you from muscle loss during a deficit and they will increase endurance so you can do more cardio
 
I personally am not a big fan of clenbuterol.
Clenbuterol is very over rated. Here's why -
Clen simply raises metabolism. It does not differentiate between muscle or fat. Clen might raise your metabolism an additional 100-200 calories per day. You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep.


There are better alternatives that directly increase fat loss, with no risk of loosing muscle mass and no side effects like insomnia or muscle cramps. Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects.


I haven't used clen myself in years and don't recommend it to my clients at all anymore. If they are trying to burn fat, I recommend cardarine and maybe a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com.

The cutting cycle he talks about in the video looks like this:
Weeks 1 - 8
Winstrol 50mg/day
Anavar 50mg/day
A good natural liver aid supplement like N2guard - 1 serving/day
A good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate - 1 serving/day


The bulking cycle he talks about in the video looks like this:
Dbol or Tbol 50mg/day
Aromasin 10mg every other day or arimidex 0.5mg every other day
A good natural liver aid supplement like N2guard - 1 serving/day
A good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate - 1 serving/day


After both cycles, it's important to run a proper mini PCT.
4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
A good natural liver aid supplement like N2guard - 1 serving/day
A good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES - 1 serving/day
 
You don't need Clen at 13% body fat. Keep training hard with a good diet, you will lose the fat.

As far the cycle..

Run the Var at 50mg/day for 6-8 weeks. An ECA stack would be a good sub for the Clen as well.
 
I completely agree with @stevesmi - SARMS are a far better alternative for your goals. They will not cause suppression like anavar will, neither will they cause the side effects seen with clen and will maintain your lean mass. Besides, they will drastically improve your performance, which is not the case with anavar that will do the contrary. If you want a good cutting cycle, Cardarine GW with andarine of any other SARMS would be a much better choice - less side effects, milder PCT, no ancillaries needed.... I have ran a Cardarine GW and N2Slin cycle twice already, and the results were always great. My wife has used those too with great success, so I can personally vouch for their effectiveness.
 
How about Cycle assist. Since my cycle is very mild, should I reduce the Cycle assist from the recommended 4 caps to 2 caps a day ?

I have never used cycle assist so I can't comment on the product. Check out N2guard from n2bm.com. Do some research on Tudca and you will see that it is by far the best liver aid supplement on the market today. N2guard contains a full dosage of TUDCA per serving.

That's what I use personally as a liver aid.
 
If you have cycle assist, I would continue to run the full serving. Next time though, I would go with N2Guard. It has so many other ingredients that are great for your organs and overall health.
 
With cycle assist I would not even keep the same dosage, but double it instead. It barely has anything in it, so I highly doubt it can be a good protection for your liver and other major organs. It has like 6-8 ingredients, and none of them is anything special. N2Guard has like 40 ingredients, including such exclusive things, as TUDCA.
