Here are my Stats

26 years old
currently 205lbs
Run a mile each morning
eat clean foods for the most part healthy breakfast egg whites and toast mostly. usually tuna or chicken for lunch and diners are usually home cooked meal. I dont really weigh out my portions or have a strict diet.

Lift 5 days a week. I am getting a little thick and the goal is to lose about 10 lbs fat and lean up. You guys think this will do the trick with some hard work ??

you really need to diet. this has so much wrong with it, i dont have time to go through. but first nail down a very strict diet. post it, with your goals, bf etc. and running a mile???
 
you'll see better results adding 3 more meals/shakes for a total of 6 meals. 3 meals a day just doesnt cut it for fat loss, imo.
 
Clean up the diet and instead of 1 mile do more like 4 miles. When I wanna get lean run 10 miles every other day (not on aas). Everyone is different but this has always worked for me.
 
If you want to get "shredded" as stated in the title, then you HAVE to weigh out and measure your food. I don't care what you take, if you don't know how many cals you are taking in you won't attain your goal. So construct a cutting diet and get back to us.

Having said that about your diet, your basically wanting to rely on drugs to "cut" up? Good luck with that stack...
 
do this, get a diet, read build muscle burn fat tom venuto, my spelling is off sorry. get a diet understand what a diet is. Its one thing to eat 6 meals a day and follow a diet but it helps me understand why you need to do some of the things that are needed. also, buy 3 food scales, one for your house one for your office, and one to travel with, i do this. you have got to weigh out your food period. unless you are gentically gifted, which doesnt seem like it. you 100% have to measure your food out. your cardio is a joke, a mile? my concern is you have no clue how to workout or train. intervals, work raise and lower heart rates for 45 minutes. i wouldnt take your stack, it will be a waste without diet. personally clen doesnt work for me, and without enough water you will dehydrate bad. dude your 26 you should be able to shed fat quick. I know on diet alone i have gotten down to 8% bf with zero cardio.
