Cutting cycle question

Ok, so I started dating my new girl about 2.5 months ago and I gained about 15 lbs. Love will make you fat apparently. hah I'm 5'9, 203 lbs, and about 13.5% body fat. Around the time we started dating, I started a new job in a new city too, but I was around 8% body fat and 185 lbs. My diet went down the drain for about 6 weeks even tho I stayed in the gym. I had been waiting on a cutting cycle to come in and it finally did, but I'm 15 lbs heavier now and carry 5% more body fat (Tren, EQ, and Test Prop is the cycle btw). I do this cycle once a year usually for about 6 weeks and get ripped out of my mind. I'm back on my diet, eating clean, back to blowing it up in the gym 5-6 days a week, back on a cardio regime (had a broken toe, couldn't run for 3 months), and basically back to normal and then some. I've been on my cycle for 3 weeks now and I know it's kicked in, so why is it when I stepped on the scale on Thursday that I was 203 lbs?!? That's 6 lbs more than 3 weeks prior. Usually by this point I'm burning fat like crazy, leaning out, and beginning to look good, but my body fat only dropped .3% and my weight actually went up. I dunno if it's my diet or what. I'm getting very discouraged b/c my damn clothes don't fit anymore and I just feel like a fat slob. I hope this all made sense and wasn't just a bunch of rambling BS.
