Cutting Cycle Question......

So my current cycle is:
1-14 Test C 375mg wk
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg wk
8-15 Var 40mg ed (pharm grade)

So I am in week 6 and I am starting to see my abs but not as much as I want too. My strength is still good and I am lookin better. I started @ 5'10, 205lbs, and I am still 205lbs. Probably real close to 8-10 %bf. I look bigger and I have lost 1 1/2 inches on my waist. I haven't even started the Var yet. :p

My question is to speed up the process how much cardio should I be doing without losing any muscle? I know morning cardio is best but screw that. If I do cardio after my workout how long should I do it for and what kind? Bike, teadmill, HIT? I do weights 4 times a week for around 1 hour.

My diet is:
[1] 2 yolk, 3 egg white omelette, 2 slice ww bread, water, multi
[2] 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato
[3] 8 0z chicken breast, ww pasta (small portion)
[4] Pre Workout- 25g whey, sweet potato, expresso
[5] Post Workout- 50g whey, about 50g fast carbs, creatine
[6] Lean ground beef or fish or chicken, veggies
[7] 1/2 cup cottage cheese, fish oils

Let me know ofany changes I should make. I'm focusing on better abs without sacrificing muscel. Not going for that skinny look with abs, not my cup of tea.
