Cutting Cycle Opinions

This is my second cycle. I am 10 weeks off 500/sust & 400/deca per week. I gained 22lbs and kept 16 so far. I am 33, 5'10", 217lbs & 16%bf. This is what I have planned:

weeks 1-10: 400mg EQ/Week
weeks 1-10: 100 mg T100 Prop/EOD
Weeks 1-10: 40 mg Anavar/ED
weeks 1-6: 100mg Winny/EOD
weeks 5-10: 75 mg Tren/EOD
weeks 1-10: clen two weeks on/off
Weeks 6-10: T3

I have liquidex & Clomid.

Should I take the EQ twice per week 200mg per shot? What dosage of Liquidex should I take? Should I wait three weeks after last shot of EQ to begin clomid? What additional suppliments does anyone recommend.

Please take note of the following corrections...
The best cycles for cutting are those designed around diet and training and are not dependant on the drugs. Anabolics during a cutting cycle should only be used to combat catabolism caused by low calorie diets and heavy cardio.

weeks 1-10: 200mg Test enthanate
-as opposed to prop which has to be shot every other day. EQ is a testosterone analog that has the potential to cause carb cravings and gives some a very hard time while trying to cut calories.

Weeks 1-10: 40 mg Anavar/ED

weeks 5-10: 35mg/day of Tren
Trenbelone is commonly bound to an acetate ester which must be injected/ingested daily in order to keep balanced hormone levels. An insulin needle can usually be used when shooting into biceps and quads (depending on bodyfat in the region) when using a 1/2+" needle.

weeks 1-10: clen two weeks on/off

Weeks 6-... T3
T3 should be started at a very low dose (25mcg/day) and increased by 25mcg every 5 days. Peak at 100 for 2 days, then decend in the same order as the acension.

I have liquidex & Clomid.
Use at least 1/2 mg of Anastrazole throughout. Use clomid ONLY post cycle. Start 2 weeks after last enthanate shot... use trenbelone and anavar up until 3 days before starting clomid therapy.


Drink at least a gallon of water per day, take 2g cranberry extract/day (and even more while on tren).
Get some GHB for sleep difficulties (and potential increase in GH).

800mg/day of ALA, 1600mg Milk Thistle, 1g vitamin C, Metamucil Fiber Waffers (2), creatine, and multivitamins daily wouldn't hurt.

I appreciate your advice. I will be eating a high protein low car diet s throughout. Cardio 3/4 days per week mornings on an empty stomach.

If it were me I would run the winny at the same time you run the tren.
 
Stew: I agree that the main is DIET, not the drugs.

But I also think that just 200 mg test / week is NOT ENOUGH to maintain muscle base when on diet.

From my own experiences in pre-contest preparations I think the lowest dosage is 500 mg/week.

200mg/wk of Test and 280mg/wk of oxandralone is more than enough to counter the catabolism of heavy cardio and low calorie/high protein diet. Increasing the dossage will only provide a limited increase in gains, but is not necessary for someone who does not make his living through bodybuilding... Health and cost efficiency is a major concern for those who bodybuild as a "hobby."

Chalkie, despite what you've heard, I urge you to consider eating a small meal before the morning workout to deter catabolism... The body is starved in the morning from lack of food throughout the night. Whenever you begin your cardio, your body releases cortisol to digest muscle proteins into amino acids to be used as fuel for the workout. Fat burning will be increased, but at great detriment to muscle mass. A strong diet and training program is more than sufficient to meet your needs...

Thanks again for the advice. I will have a small low carb high protein meal in the morning prior to cardio.

I do that also exceptmy am pre-cadrio meal is all protein & fat, no carbs. But yea, i feel i need to eat before to avoid muscle atrophy. If you do your cardio within the correct heart rate range, your body will lean towards fats (lipis) for energy rather than Proteins(muscle)_
