cutting cycle......Help

not looking to gain size at all looking to cut besides cardio and a good diet , i don;t know what things i should take during or after any input would be happy to hear what do you guys think about this

You can take all the winstrol, clenbuterol, anavar, primo, and ephedrine and you still wouldnt be cut if you dont have a.........................DIET. Thats the truth and im sure thats not what you wanted to hear. Steroids are not for burning fat, they are for gaining size (bulking), or keeping as much muscle as possible (when cutting). some steroids are btter then others for cutting but thats because some steroids make you bloat more and hold water. i learned the hard way, wasted my money on EQ and winstrol thinking i was gonna get abs, but without a DIET, you will be very dissappointed.
 
Sorry guys i meant to say that with everything in check the diet is good and cardio 5 days a week ..what kind of combo would u use or would u use all that together and what else would u take during or after ...thanks
 
I am cutting with very clean diet, intense training, some cardio, and using forged burner to help with the fat loss and everything, when it comes together, works great, no need for AAS unless you have a lot of lbm and will loose muscle if you don't have an aas with supplement with.

As EZ asked, what is your age/ stats please. Thx!

Weight - 218
BF- 15% to 20%
Training time- been training for about 12 yrs , never really did any cardio before until the past like 5 months i'm doin cardio 4 to 5 days a week about an hr each day also play squash and badminton every second or 3rd day also weight training 5 days a week
as for diet i dont follow any diet strictly which i could use some suggestions on what would be a good diet ..as i said the cardio and diet part of my life has been the weak point any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Google it that's how I get my diets and tweak them to fit your scedule. Get a thing of vpx meltdown and diet I can drop 7 lbs on that with no help from gear
 
Check out the diet forums here, they have actually ppl on there to help you with that if u have questions about diet. Cardio is best done AM for best fat burn. A lot of ppl will agree with me that our sponsors have better products than the 'mainstream' products with all the hype. AGX and Needto's products will help in this.

A good clean diet will be eggs/egg whites, chicken, lean beef, turkey, fish, brown rice, ww/ multigrain breads, oats, greens, efa's, olive oil, fish oil, flax, etc. That's a few of proteins carbs and fats.

I suggest you look into doing a BodyOpus diet or a variation of the anabolic diet. You can add some clen to the cycle, but winstrol is not really needed at this point. Train and diet a bit more. :)
