Cutting cycle eating at night

BodyND

New member
Im doing a cuting cycle, t3, clen, stanozlol. i was wondering if it is bad to eat at around 10 at night. Latly i have been eating around that time and then counting the carbs, fats and calories for the next day is that cool. Tonight i have intaked 1060 calories, 63 grams of protein, 118 carbs and 33.5 grams of fat. Is this ok ? Help please

That looks like a starvation cycle. I couldn't handle that. THeres no protien in there. How do you even fuction?

bro thats just before i go to bed earlier in the day i ate more im just saying is it kool to start the next day before the next day starts in terms of eating. so is eating at 10 at night ok and then counting what i ate at night for the next day like i did tonight what i ate in terms of macros is above and im going to count those macros in with tommarows macros.

I would eat protein and some fats before bed, but that its, maybe some greens for carbs, but no white carbs.
what are you eating for carbs before bed??

I would cut those carbs way down...maybe just a spoonful of peanut butter.

ok that sounds good to me pb is amazing lol. what if i eliminated the rye bread and the 2 peaches and just had 6 eggs at night. The macros would be: 420 calories, fat = 27 , carbs = 6, Protein = 36

so i dont go over my macros need for that day.

But its still the same day.

You would then have these extra macros carrying over on your next day so you would need to eat less or something.

I wouldn't really worry about these pre-bed macros though. Just make sure you get some slow releasing protein and some good fats, maybe some glutamine and your good to go.

If you want the eggs then maybe use 1 whole egg and some egg whites.. add some cottage cheese and cook it up.

if youre cutting, stick with 1-2 cups fat-free cottage cheese and 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter. protein and fats before bed works, but definitely keep the carbs to a minimum. 6 whole eggs seems a bit much in terms of fat. 6-8 egg whites with 2-3 yolks would work. chicken breast with salad and 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and some balsamic vinegar works for me.
