Im 5ft 9in weighing in at 224lbs.
Planning on doing 10 weeks with 300mg equipoise and 500mg enanthate. Want to get from 224lbs to 196lbs.
Diet will be zig zagging carbs all training days will be medium carbs about 150g per day, all off days will be low about 50g per day and I will have a high day about 300g carbs every 4th day.
Will be using clenbuterol and eca stack alternating each every 3 weeks.
Training will remain the same but will start cardio at 30mins every morning.
Any advice would be great
Also bearing in mind that this is just a lean out diet then what differences with regards to gear should I do when preparing for a contest????
