Well I think its time I did a nice cutting cycle for a change, I have 5 cycles under my belt over the past 2 years and the gains have been nice. One thing I have finally overcome for good this time is dropping the cigs, I know that’s a big taboo for anyone concerned about there health but between my divorce and a Job layoff or 2 it’s been hard to stay off the damn things.
I need some help though I have been completely off the cigs cold turkey this time (Not fucking going back no way) for 45 days now and im already starting to add some weight. My doc said that for a new x smoker my lungs are in great shape by evidence of x-rays and lung capacity test I had to do during a recent pre employment physical. The amazing thing is my Blood pressure has been borderline for years and just 2 weeks after getting off the cigs it is within excellent ranges, I have been taking it 3 times a day for the past 2 weeks and my calculated average is 122/67 and that’s from 145/89 so im adding this tad of info for anyone else that struggles with the same addiction I did, the blood pressure cuff is the second best motivational tool I have had for keeping me straight for the first 3 weeks, it has been relatively easy sense then but I am focusing more and more on my journey towards a fitness lifestyle I departed from a bad marriage ago. The first motivation is about after 2 weeks of being off the cigs completely I noticed that my libido is like im a 15 year old with a hustler magazine! It’s amazing how bad smoking is for you and how bad it affects your health.
On too business, I have never done a straight out cutting cycle and im trying to decide what all im going to use, digging around in my gear box I have some deca, test prop on hand as far as real gear goes. I plan on getting some clen and T3 as well as some winny. I am trying to decide exactly what gear I want to use or this cycle and im considering some tren, winny and throw in some test for good measure along with some clen and T3. Anyone mind sharing with me some suggestions I might consider for a first cutting cycle?
