Cutting Cycle Blues

Now in week 20 of my cutting cycle. Sitting at about 10.5-11% BF down from 24%. The four ab region is coming in nice right now and serratus are starting to show. But I decided to take out the tape measure after avoiding it for the last 10 weeks. I realized I've lost an inch on both my arms.....goddamn I feel so skinny as a toothpick now. I'm sitting here contemplating how I can get my arms a bit fuller so I don't feel so flat and small......sorry for the rant, just wanted to vent a bit :bawling:
 
well, there prob was some water and fat on the arms... but im sure they look more lean! no worries, how much more longer are u gonna cut for? 24% down to 11% is awesome tho bro! keep it up!

i agree. what's gone on with your strength? up, down, no change?
 
whats that cycle looks like? Maybe your cals arent as high as they could be. There are a lot of factors that could be the cause.
 
Going to cut for another 2 or 3 weeks. But I've already begun increasing my carbs gradually as of this week thru the next few weeks....so that I'm not coming off the gear and then just going back to eating lots of carbs again. I think that might add to some fat gain. So I'm tapering up while I'm still on cycle. The arms do look leaner, but feel and look smaller. I've still got some fat on my outer bicep and side delts....making my delt-arm seperation not too crisp yet. I've got my entire cycle and diet written out, but I'll post all that when I get some pics up next week.
 
Strength is through the roof. I contribute that to the Tren. Calories for the last 10-12 weeks have been around 2500/day. Gear usage looks like this.....

Test Enanthate: 500mg/wk wks 1-16
EQ: 400mg/wk wks 1-13
Clen: 200mcg/day(gradually worked up to) 2 weeks on/2 weeks off wks 1-20
Winny: 50mg/day wks 1-4, 50mg/day wks 14-22
Tren: 75mg/eod wks 14-22
 
just make sure you're getting enough protein and good fats with that amount of calories. imo that's too low though.

Carbs are 120g
Protein is 275g
Fat is 95-100g

I had the carbs at about 70g for the last 10 weeks. With a full carb-up day on saturdays. Just as of this week I upped the carbs to 120g a day. And I'm pondering adding Sunday as a carb-up day too.

looks solid to me, what's your weight bro? if your water intake is good, that's the only other thing i can think of. feeling flat though is different than your arms losing a little size, feeling and looking flat sucks! that's a carb issue imo, hopefully the xtra day will solve that for you bro.

Thanks 40! I'm hoping it is a glycogen issue. When I get back onto a more normal diet I'm hoping I can get back 1/2 inch on my arms. And look fuller all around.

Started at 243 lbs @24%BF on an empty stomach in the morning. Now I'm 207 lbs @10.5-11% on an empty stomach in the morning. I usually like to weigh myself after the gym at night though after a days worth of food and water....when I'm around 212.....makes me feel better :D
