Cutting cycle....and goals

Ok, so here's the plan:

weeks 1-9: EQ 400ml
weeks 1-4:Oral winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 10-11: Oral winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 12-14:Clomid 50mg/day (100mg on the first 3 days)
Might throw in some 4-AD-EC I have left, on weeks 5-9


Goals:

-go from 185 12%
to 180 7%......or something even better
- gain strength!

Will be using clen 1week on/1 week off for the first four weeks, alternating with EC

Diet:

Weeks1-4: 1.5g protein/lb + 50g carbs +25g total fish oil and Udo's for the first 4 weeks
.....I will try to lose most of the fat during this time

Weeks 5-11: 1.5-2g protein/lb + 1.5-2g carbs/lb + 25g total fish oil and Udo's


Training

Weeks 1-4: Low reps, heavy weight avoid failure (strength routine) cardio for 20 min after each workout + 1-2 in the AM

Weeks 5-11: 2 on/1 offMixed Hypertrophy and strength (Low reps for the first few sets of an exercise and then back-off sets and/or strip sets and of course forced reps). Cardio 3x a week after workout


So this is it. Looking forward to some feedback...

I know that my drug choice is not ideal and that tren/winny/prop is the best cutter, but this is what I have to work with right now.
 
personaly i would diet down first. and alternate the clen with the eca every 2 weeks
i have never seen winny split up like that but for some odd reason it sparks my fancy. i would try to stretch the eq for 12 weeks.

looks good bro! i would do what fresh said clean up your diet for a few weeks prior to drop water weight from carbs and sodium and such
 
Will do guys. Actually, I will be starting this in early April, so I have plenty of time and can probably get to lower than 12% before I start.


Concerning the clen and ECA I would like to alternate with EC every 2 weeks but I am afraid of downregulation.

What would you think of adding 12.5 mcg of T3 for the first 4 weeks?
 
personaly i would not throw the t3 in the first 4 weeks eventhow it is only 12.5. you will still lose some muscle. might as well throw it in at week 4 and with that dose you could see how its working and actualy use it for 6 weeks. don't woory about down regulation run it 2clen/2eca. you can also run some clen at the end to help be with anti-catabolic aspect of the cycle.

have you tried some yohimburn, personaly i love the shit and swear by it
i haven't used any r-ALA but i heard that shit rocks to. p will definately be incorp. that into my next cycle.
