I'm working on making a cutting cycle. I'm currently about 250 lbs, and probably 15% fat (it's a guess, I can see the outline of my abs, but that's it).
I'd like to see what other people are partial to in terms of cutting fat. I weight train 3-4 days per week. I want to keep my strength up but cut the fat. I also wrestle 4 days per week.
I'm thinking of basing it on either clen or T3. What do you think? Should I add AS into the mix, or drop this all and try DNP?
