cutting calories and strength

bout to really starting cutting hardcore and uping the cardio... say u drop ur cals from 4,000 ed to 2500 ed.. whut kind of decreases in strength and recovery will u see... assuming ur on a typical test-tren-winny-t-3 cutter...


so far im slowly lowering the clories and im not reaching ne new personal bests but my strength is still holdin on okay... seem to wanna sleep all day long maybe its my body trying to recover itself
train 3 days on one day off

doing cardio eod 30 minutes going to go to 40 minutes eod then last two weeks of august 30 minutes am 30 minutes p.m. ed
 
test is around 600
tren is around 450
winny is 40mgs ed
t-3 is 50mcgs ed


will it be normall to not go up in strength while doubling my cardio and cutting may cals by 1/3..... im assuming there will be some strength loss....when im below my miantence cals
 
Your cals are about the same pre and during diet for me. 4000-2500 I was non aas assisted though. My heavy compound lifts went down about 20 lbs over 9 weeks. Not bad at all. About week 4 my pumps were super weak from caloric defecit. But all the pump is good for is looking in the mirror.

i am using glucerol....

was thinking about levoex as my body seems to re act harshly to stimulant fat burners like thermo shred hydroxy ect.

I think 700mg ew for tren is too high.
