Cutting, but without help of a cycle ?

about 5 weeks ago I finished my 9 week Test. cycle.
Added about 23 Lbs. I kept about 21 Lbs.

Now I would like to start cutting. But I am afraid to lose the weight I gained on on bulk cycle.

When should I start cutting ? How many calories ? Should I wait a bit longer a just start a cutting cycle (Primo), or is it possible to cut without using steroids ?

Basically, what I'm asking is: How many of you cut without use of steroids, and what is your diet/routine like ?

Cutting without AS is a big mistake. If I had only one choice, I would use my cycle to cut rather than bulk. If you think getting big is hard, think again. It is a cake walk compared to being big... and cut.
 
You can cut between cycles with Clen and ECA but as soon as you go down with the calories you'll loose some muscle mass too. Using AS to cut will help you preserve most of your muscles.
 
I agree with anabolic- If you try to cut naturally,you could end up loosing valuable muscle that you worked so hard for.Try giving your body a rest and then do a cutting cycle w AS
 
depends on your metabolism, but i would defintly run some gear to help preserve the mass gained on bulking cycle.
 
I would suggest primo for cutting, I LOVE IT!!

U can cut up without any steroids, but I will be much easier with some steroid to prevent muscle loss.
For the moment I'm "cutting" and the only thing I use is E/C/A at 25/250/125 x 3times per day. I eat lots of protein(2g/lbBW) and do cardio 5-6 days per week, something like this: mon...morningwalk for 30-40 minutes on an empty stomach. I then go to the gym for 40 minutes and after that I do 20 minutes cardio(always take ECA before I work out). sometimes in the evening I run for 15-20 minutes.
I do this 5 days per week mon-frid and then saturday I eat a bit more than I do mon-frid. On sunday I eat like CRAZY!! sometimes up to 10000kcal. I mean I eat everything I can lay my hands on :)
On the monday I have gained a couple of punds, samething tuesday morning, but then tuesday afternoon I begin sweating like a maniac. On wednsday I have lost a lb, same thing next day..When saturday comes my BW is about 1.5-2.0lb lower than last saturday.

I have tried cutting 6 days and then one day heavy eating, but that way I lost strength, also muscles. Having 5 days cut, followed by 2 days heavy eating makes me stronger and harder.

For me It doesn't work to be on a "low calorie diet". I rather increase my cardio with 4-6 times per week and stay on a "normal diet" for my weight, than lower my calorieintake to -1000 to -2000. For example: A person eats 4000kcal to stay on the same BW while going to the gym 4-5 times per week and do cardio 1-2times/week. When he starts cutting he stays on the same training split and don't increase cardio. Instead he loweres his calorieintake with -1000 and then another 1000cals going down to 2000kcal. For me this "method" would make me weaker in a few weeks. I would cut up nicely, but I also would lose some lbm. If the person would do like I do it would look like this: Calorieintake: begin at 3800(-200). Increase cardio from 2 times per week to 5-6(some days cardio 2 times per day:morning and after gym). I think this way It's easier for the body to adapt to the lower calorieintake that only is decreased with -200cals. Your metabolism will be high more than just when you are at the gym. It will he high during the hole day and U will notice that U sweat like never before.

Puhh...sorry for the long post...Hope U understand what I mean..."better to increase cardio than decrease calorieintake" ( to a surtain level )

(Added to 5x/week Cardio and -20% calories/day for example)

I am kind of cutting naturally right now. I say kind of because i was worried about the loss of muscle as we all are when we cut so i decided to do a few cycles of DNP and when i am on i can maintain high levels of protien and a bit more food the cravings sometimes get to ya. I am losing some muscle i can tell but i am getting rid of the fat right now quicker with the DNP and that is what matters to me at the moment is getting more defined. I might here soon do something easy like an anavar only cycle into a bulk cycle and think the weight will come back. I have found once you get to a certain weight it is easy to get back to it, for me anways. I also think it depends on how big you are, I have found it harder to cut naturally when I am at a higher body weight with no AS because the muscle tends to get wasted quicker and then I start to feel small and go right back to bulking which i just add some weight and still have the fat i had before, but this time i am sticking to my goals and do an actual cutting phase If you are really concerned about the muscle loss what the other guys have said is some good info. But if you have some knowledge or even dont research on DNP it is some excellent stuff in my opinion and it has helped me shed the pounds faster and with out it I think I would be losing a ton of muscle. I'm cutting without drugs, well without AS. It does suck. I feel like I am losing size and strength.
