In the last 10 weeks I've gone from 15% BF down to about 8% through cutting out shitty food & partying and adding in a bunch of cardio to my training. I've been preparing for my Sust cycle which I will start in 2-3 weeks.
I want to get as lean as possible before I start the cycle, as I think I'll appreciate the juice much more starting out leaner. I'm going to run 500mg of Sust for 10 weeks, w/ Clomid at the end, and I have Nolvadex on hand. I'm shooting to get 1.5 to 2.0 g of protein for lbs of body weight while on, which I haven't decided on, I accept and except some fat gain, but I don't want a lot.
My question is since it takes 3 weeks for the Sust to kick in, should I continue cutting for the 3 weeks after and then bump up the calories when the Sust goes full force?
I'm guessing I could get away with waiting a week or two, but I'm curious to see what you guys think.
