Cutting before Sust Bulk Cycle

In the last 10 weeks I've gone from 15% BF down to about 8% through cutting out shitty food & partying and adding in a bunch of cardio to my training. I've been preparing for my Sust cycle which I will start in 2-3 weeks.

I want to get as lean as possible before I start the cycle, as I think I'll appreciate the juice much more starting out leaner. I'm going to run 500mg of Sust for 10 weeks, w/ Clomid at the end, and I have Nolvadex on hand. I'm shooting to get 1.5 to 2.0 g of protein for lbs of body weight while on, which I haven't decided on, I accept and except some fat gain, but I don't want a lot.

My question is since it takes 3 weeks for the Sust to kick in, should I continue cutting for the 3 weeks after and then bump up the calories when the Sust goes full force?

I'm guessing I could get away with waiting a week or two, but I'm curious to see what you guys think.

I would gradually increase the cals, don't eat small cals for 3 weeks then up it right away, up it gradually every week till week 3, just my opinion

If you want to get lean ASAP. Try this for two weeks. Its keto. Some might not agree but the cals and protein arent too bad. THESE CALCULATIONS ARE FOR MY BODYWEIGHT.

160lbs x 12cal/lb = 1920 cal/day

160lbs x .8g/lb = 128g protein/day or 512 calories from protein

1920-512 = 1408 calories from fat
156g fat (9calories/g of fat)




MEAL 1
post workout portein 37.5g protein 0g fat 0g carbs

MEAL 2
1/2-Can of Bumblee Tuna Fish 16.5g protein .625g fat 0g carbs
2 tblspn Flax oil 0g protein 28g fat 0g carbs

MEAL 3
1-1/4 burger patties 27g protein 23g fat 0g carbs
1 tablespoon Hellman's mayo 0g protein 11g fat 0g carbs

meal 4
1/2-Can of Bumblee Tuna 16.5g protein .625g fat 0g carbs
1 tblspn mayo mixed in tuna 0g protein 11g fat 0g carbs
2 tbspn Flax oil 0g protein 28g fat 0g carbs

MEAL 5
1-1/4 burger patties 27g protein 23g fat 0g carbs
1 tablespoon Hellman's mayo 0g protein 11g fat 0g carbs

DESERT
4oz Heavy Cream 0g protein 20g fat 0g carbs
1- packet Sweet N Low 0g protein 0g fat 0g carbs
1 Tbspn Smucker's nat'l PB 3.5g protein 7g fat 3.5g carbs

TOTAL NUTRITIONAL INTAKE: 128g protein 163.25g fat 3.5g carb



total calories consumed: 526cal(protein and carbs)+1469.25(fat)=1995.25 calories


I wont do the desert until carb up day. There will be one carb up day throughout the diet.


My weight has changed to 172 due to the anavar/winny/fina :)
