Cutting and Supplements!!!

Guys I need some help here. I have been reading all the threads on the different kinds of fat burners and what not but I would like your personal opinion. I'm going on a cutting cycle to drop my bf% which is somewhere around 14-16%. I know all the right foods to eat it's I just don't know what the best supplements I should add to enhance fat loss. For cardio, I play hockey 3-4 times a week and I plan on doing stationary bike (spin class) 3 times a week for an hour. I was thinking of flax seed oil and caffeine and I would like to try cutting gel but I doubt I could get my hands on it in Canada. Don't want to take to many pills either. So what would you recommend for me to loose as much bf% as possible?? Thanks
 
First of all, forget cutting gel. You'd be wasting your money. I'd go with a simple ECA product like Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, something like that. As far as the flax goes, it's a good product. But make sure you've reduced other fats from your diet first.

I think that's really all you need. Your fat loss will be most affected by your diet and cardio anyway. Good luck!
 
For what it's worth, you can pick up the cutting gel at Canadian GNCs and apparently it is the same as that found in the U.S.
 
I thought ephedrine would preserve muscle as it is anti catabolic
(though not as much as clen)
