Cutting and Drinking milk...?

How do you guys feel about drinking milk while cutting.. Even one percent has alot of sugars in it... Bad sugar i dont know

i drank 1% w/muscle milk on my cutting cycle (still do), and i still got more defined.....i dont thinkthat its a bad thing to drink milk while cutting....ilk is good for you and your bones
 
sugar is your enemy when cutting. Skim milk only if you are really serious about it. :jenscat
 
I am gonna try to cut milk out for awile.. I am on a buget.. and i was wondering wahts a good snsck food during the day since your supposed to eat 6 small meals a day bars are out of the question at this time.. any suggestions .. I am cutting so

if your serious about cutting,,,keep it minimal
 
When I bulk I will go through 2 gallons of milk per week. When cutting, I might use 1/2 gallon every 2 weeks. In either case, I only drink non-fat. If you drink milk while cutting, be sure to use Glucorell.

I'm cutting, and here is a sample of what I eat.

Meal #1
2 scoops of whey mixed with water

Meal #2
7 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled
2 cups of oatmeal

Meal #3
2 chicken breats (skinless)
1 cup of steamed brown rice

Meal #4
2 scoops of whey mixed with water
1 banana

Meal #5
8oz of turkey breast
2 cups of mixed veggies (corn, peas, green beans and carrots)

Meal #6
2 scoops of whey mixed with water

This will get you 2,200 calories (15% fat, 30% carbs, 55% protein).
 
Man, it doesnt matter what kind of milk I drink. Soy, 1%, 2% Skim hell even Carb Countdown Milk.. If I even hold the carton, I bloat up. I love milk and I wish I could drink it and feel good. But we just don't mix. After 8-12oz of skim, I walk around like I have Coleman's GH gut.

ya that happens to me i will cut it out for three weeks and see how much of a difference it makes....i run 2 miles 5 days a week in the morning before work i think thats enough cardio
 
I would add about 15 min of walking to your 2 mile run.
Milk has way to much bad sugar, try to stay away if possible.
Good snack foods (small meals) could consist of some of the following: cottage, natty peanut butter, almonds, protein shakes, small bowl of oats, hard boiled eggs, as much broccoli or cauliflower as you want. Also drink tons of H2O

Milk is wonderful for you just be smart when you drink it there is only 12 carbs in it. I eat cereal at night sometimes I keep getting more cut. Honestly I dont think I gain fat from carbs because I never lower them unless its my last meal. And my last meal before bed is a decent size so I can grow. Honestly find out what works for you and your body and you will be fine. Up ur cardio alot. Do different exercises to make it not as boring. Speed bag jump rope running stairs with weights. a bunch of shit man just be creative and switch it up =P

Nope Gluten makes estrogen. Milk (all Milk) has 14 grams of sugar per 8 ozs. I cut milk when I start a contest diet...which is this tues the 2nd of January. :worried:

no actually the milk i have is 4.5 grams of fat for 8oz and 12 carbs all 2gether sugars 8grams of protein so my milk isnt bad at all I like milk and it works for me

guys you think eating a couple of slices of wheat bread is cool while cutting.. like a tuna sandwich on wheat

okaydokay...ever been 3%? its almost a table spoon of sugar. (15 grams) Not being a smart ass but "your" milk is still 50% more carb than protein.

You have the same milk as everyone else....
 
Milk has a lot of sugar and sodium in it. Using non/1%-milk is ideal. If you are sensitive to sodium, then this too can add water retention just like the rise in insulin.

Using Vinegar and R-ALA in combination with the milk can help tremendously.

Some people can use milk while cutting, this will be different for everybody though. You have to learn trial and error here.

I usually limit it, but do not completely eliminate it until I get under 8-10% bodyfat.
