PCT HCG for 2 weeks 500iu E4D, clomid 3 weeks 50-100ED and AIFM. still on AIFM
i went from about 240 15% to 216 9%. now 2 months after PCT i haven't changed diet or training, still on AIFM and am 205 around 7-8% and only lost a tad size and a tad strength. also started Trex and YES during PCT. this has been my most successful cycle in 13 years, but i also never dieted, trained and did cardio as strict as this time. want to get as lean as possible, maybe like 200, then in feb start 16 wks EQ 600/wk w/ proviron entire time w/ winny last 6 weeks at 100ED.
