I have been lifting now for 2 months 4 times a week. I am looking better and am always working on cardio. As far as my diet, I am more deticated than most. I am willing to eat the same "perfect meal" everyday 5 times a day if needed. I describe myself as being extremely out of shape with the manboobs, but I guess I am looking for an extremely good program here. Some good cutting stack advice would be great. EQ was a suggestion from a guy I know, he claimed 300 mgs a week but split up so that you are taking a shot every other day. I am working on my diet and getting my body ready for this cycle, Until I am convinced that I am ready I will not start. Please, dont look at me like a child wanting to just blow up without a concern in the world. I just want some Ideas on what cutter stacks have worked well for people my size.
