Cutter with Test E, Advice Tips Help?

Hi,

Below is my cutting Diet + gain muscle diet + Test E:

Meal 1:
Coffee
Bagel
2 Slice Low Fat Orange Cheese(you know one u put in burger)
1 Table Spoon of Yogurt
1.5 Scoops Whey Protein

Meal 2:
2 Small Slice Meat/roast beef
1 Tuna Can
1/2 Pita Bread
Veggies / Salad

Meal 3:
2 Small Slice Meat/Roast Beef
1 Tuna Can
1/2 Pita Bread
Veggies / Salad

Meal 4:
2 Scoops Whey before Bed


And on Training days i just Add 1 PWO Shake which is 3 Scoops Whey (around 60grams protein) + 1 Banana + 1 Yogurt.

I take Test E 750mg/week
and 1 Aromasin (12.5mg ED)

I will be adding Tren E to the Mix soon to maybe promote more growth and anger ?

OMG, the diet looks like hell, in terms of boredom. Using tren, i was able to cut very well with even lower cals.....you could drop one of those whole food meals (first one, with the bagel and orange cheese) and still keep your muscle.....gotta love tren.
I will be running test en at 500 and drol at 50......3-4 meals daily, no more than 600 cals per meal....at least 30 min cardio ED along with lifting 6 days a week.

You need more meals, that's about as much as I can help w/ out more info.
6-8 meals would be better.
 
6-8 meals is too hard too complicated and doesnt work for my schedule.

I do now like 4 Meals a Day for cutting but i wanna know if thats enough Cals and protein and stuff, and i wanna know if i can gain muscle with that diet as well as primarily lose fat.

Now im on Test E 750mg/week but im gonna stack Tren E to it.

It'll be like Test E 500mg/week and Tren E 500mg/week

Why don't you tell us how many cals it is then maybe we can help you?
6 meals should not be too hard it just requires some planning and preperation on your part.
Give some stats also.
