Been training for 3 years seriously. im 22 180lbs and 16% BF
Currently last week of my PCT from my first cycle of 1-4dbol 20mg and 1-8Test e 500mg.
Had some really good gains IMO gained 33lbs and lost probably half of that due to my lack of knowledge on PCT...proper fail! i rekon i could of kept alot more if i had all the unleashed/post cycle stuff sorted out..... any way.
few questions.
1. Any point in doing a cutting cycle with my BF i no its a bit high for cutting, would i see anything or should i just consider another bulking? Either way ill be doing one in january.

2. During my PCT i have been doing fasted cardio quite often to try and aid with getting the water weight off. Kept my heavy weight training up and my strength is pretty much the same but my weight is dropping quite rapidly.... am i in danger or loosing gains... and how do i keep my gains... but also try and loose a bit of fat in the process?

3. Next cycle... should i do quite alot of cardio between bulking cycles? or does this defy the point of bulking in the first place.

4. Was gonna run the same cycel but for 10 weeks. Thinking masteron as well for hardening... any advice?

you're losing all that weight becuase of the a.m. cardio. That's the last thing you wanna do during pct. you'll loose your gains faster than they came. Stop that now and keep eating big and lifting heavy and you may still be able to spare some gains. Use forma with your pct to control estrogen, am cardio is about the worst thing you coud dol
 
Hell yes! From rochdale lol funny how many of us british guys are actually on this forum! And most of us think were the only 1 haha,
 
Was thinking that the other day lol. I'm from Ashton near oldham.

Cheers for the input gymjunkie. I'll keep eating big and fuk the cardio off. But literally about a month after my pct end I'm gonna be going back on cycle! Is there any point in trying to loose any weight in that time period at all? I mean I really want to gain more muscle but when I have I want to strip as much fat and water as I can. How do oho about doing that with minimal loses. Thanks agen!
