Cut down more bodyfat

Hey guys, Im about 11% body fat...and i wanna cut down as much as i can...what do i have to do...im in sports...everday..playing soccer and basketball..
i do alot of cardio in the gym...work out regularaly which is about 5 days...

Age: 16 yrs
Liftin Exp: 2 Years
Current Weight: 155-160
Height:5'10
 
Sorry bro, but if you were 11% bodyfat you wouldnt need to cut down. Thats pretty damn low.

At 5'10 you should be putting on more weight and then worry about cutting down.

I agree. You can get down to like 6-7% and live there but anything else is pretty impossible to hold indefinitely. How low do you want to go? Are you just finishing a cut and then plan to bulk?
 
your 16...cut when your like 22. just eat and train hard. it's much cooler being bigger when your younger then it is being cut. actually it's always cooler being bigger lol

just eat right bro and you'll be ok. at 16, your metabolism is prime.......but your body is gonna want to hold onto something with all that activity.....

yeah bro...i was bulking gained ...about 20 lbs ...over an extended period of time..using supps..not roids..i dont want to lose anyone of my footspeed if i gain too much..right...so i was thinkin ...i would be big but not big so its like look at that oger run... so im confuused lol
 
Man if I knew what I knew now at your age...I would be eating beef and chicken 24/7 and pumping that iron...I stayed at 6% during wrestling season in highschool at 171 pounds,,,man i wish i would have bumped to 215 and just pounded the weights baby

i hear ya.....did you gain much fat during your bulk? if not, eat the same foods, just eat less of it.....when i say "eat right" i mean eat CLEAN foods if you want to drop fat.....and eat a calorie deficit

but since you are pretty active, make sure you don't eat too little.....based on your stats and activity, i would say you burn ~2600-2800 cals day.....watch out doing so much cardio....could be catabolic to your muscles.....and losing muscle means losing ability to burn fat

also, be patient at it. 11% isn't too bad at 160 lbs. going beyond that is a slower process....
