hey guys,
i am looking to loose some serious BF here and i need to your views on my diet,and if there is anything i should change or modify in order to get to low % bf,i am about 18%bf now.a little bit of back ground into my training.....
i train weights in the morning as i train with my dad before he goes off to work(he follows me around lifting heavy) and then because of that i do my cardio in the afternoons,5days a week,either 20mins HIIT or 40mins walking on a treadmill at 5km at 15% incline.
i dont use many supplements but the one i do use is a carbohydrate drink from Muscle Science Called Staminade. http://www.musclescience.co.za/products/staminade_endure.htm
and whey protein,and the obvious creatine, i mix my staminade and whey together and slick that back.
