customs will send seizure letters 100% of the time, right?

now that the attacks have happend i've had several sources (some new some old) tell me that they shipped my gear. then when i havn't received the gear they sent, they are willing to work out some sort of reshipping without any seizure letters. naturally, i have to send more money.

my question is this. will customs send you a seizure letter 100% of the time. i find it odd that a source is willing to just take my word that an order has been seized without proof. sure, some of the ppl i've done lots of business with in the past would take my word. but sources whom i've never dealt with?

i'm not going to send more $ without getting a seizure letter. and if i never get a seizure letter, then i should assume i've been scammed. correct?

This is a tough area. I myself am still missing a pack of proviron and a pack of dbool that where sent out right around the time of the attacks. I got my AD50 about 2 weeks ago but 1,000 dbol and some proviron have not shown.It's been like 6 weeks and no letter, nothing. I think they were lost. Thankfully, I know my source real well and we were able to work something out. Good luck to ya

I've had 2 seizures and got customs letters both times, but this was before the attacks.

Its possible your order got lost.

my sources are all good with packaging (props to them) but the few orders that i've had seized always followed a seizure letter. not once, until now, have i neither received my package or a seizure letter.

i just find it odd the ppl whom i've never had dealing are willing to reship without proof. makes me think that they know i never received because they never sent, and they won't ask for a seizure letter because they know i won't get one.

thing is, i have to rotate shipping addys after every seizure. and i don't want to go through that hassel if they never shipped. ya know what i mean?

I think sometimes they are just slow at it. When I got a seizure letter it took 9 weeks after the gear was shipped. I already knew it though due to the tracking number

i think by law they have to send a seizure letter each and every time, because in the letter are disclaimers and instructions and how to take neccessary action. Of course you don't take any action, but i believe it is legally binding. So if they didn't send a letter, they would be the one's breaking the law. Not 100% sure on this though, but it's logical.

How long has it been? Usually it takes an additional 2 or 3 weeks before you get a seizure letter in the mail.

Mu order was seized once and I never got a letter. My source is a good man and he resent. Unless he was really slow sending and just used the seizure as an excuse. I will neer know but I did get my gear and thats what counts.

No customs does NOT send a letter on every siezure, should they yes, is the law...unsure. regardless of the profession not all people are honest.....within the customs serivce one of the lowest jobs to have is postal inspector on the "lines" especially these days who the hell wants to open strange mail.

Anway, shit job usually means junior employee, alot the younger guys juice and that is a fact....how many of them open a box find some juice and stick in thier pocket or just hide the box to take later......or worse yet re-address the box all together. I offer this senario as to what might be happening if you do not get a letter from customs. Surely their are many other senarios.

On the issue of sources sending without a letter....so a customer emails the source "hey where is my 500 dbol" source says he sent 6 weeks ago customer says I have not got them......the source is in a delima.......say tough luck or risk the customer yelling scam........scam is tough to proof with a legit source but no source needs bad publicity.

If you got a source resending on your word that you have not received then you have got a good source take care of him and he will return the favor to you.
