Customs really cracking down???

My girlfriend mentioned to me about 10 days ago that there was a feature on the ABC Nightly News about how the US Customs was beginning a major crackdown on contraband flowing into the US from Europe. Specifically pharmaceuticals and steroids. Well sure enough, I received my 1st ever Customs seizure notification letter last week from JFK Airport. Can anyone shed more light on this subject?

hey how much time did it take for you to get the customs letter in the mail? I'm worried about my last order b/c I placed it 4 weeks ago and still no sign of the gear. This guy is even recommended at a legit source from various steroid sites.

Hey guys I ordered a ton of gear and my source had sent it out in a bunch of small packages. I have recieved two letters from customs and then I also recieved a package in the mail. I dont know how many packages my source sent but so far two have been seized and one has made it.

customs got my paper also, that's phucked up. If it doesn't have a return address they get suspicious.

The Customs Dept. has, in their infinite wisdom and "we have nothing better to do" attitude, decided to not only crack down hard on party drugs and steroids, but also on ANY pharmaceuticals coming into this country from overseas- even stuff like Prilosec, Propecia etc- because they want to "protect" us from possibly getting bogus batches of foreign drugs. They forget to mention that a good percentage of these drugs are actually made in the US in the first place and shipped and re-packaged overseas. What is driving this is the US Drug companies tried of Americans going on-line and buying their drugs for less $$$$ overseas than they can here. Its all about revenues and profits.Unfortunetly, that means your gear is going to have a better chance of seizure for the time being. I am the proud owner, myself, of TWO seizure letters in the past 6 weeks, where I'd never gotten any in the past 5 years.

10 amps. It took 15 days from the time of the seizure to the day that I received the letter. I wonder if they have my address flagged now?

a couple months back i had 4 packages shipped to me. two were seized. my guy reshipped the two packages and they were seized again. i've have no seizures untill about 2 months ago. now EVERYTHING is getting seized.

are your orders that are getting seized comming from the same area? mine are comming from E. Eroupe. my other orders come through without a problem.

The UK is a tough place to receive from right now because of the extra effort placed on anything coming from there since the disease(s) scare. I think its all just a crapshoot at this point.

how did paper gear get seized? how do customs know what the fuck it is?

You should spend a few extra bucks and order from the usa. Just think that you will spend more(but save more)
