Customs policy on GH

Can we cross the border with GH and claim it?
Thats what my friends over the border say.
Anyone know?

Foreign made GH is considered a non-FDA approved drug, and will be denied entry. It's not a criminal matter because GH is not scheduled the same as AS......they just hold your GH. Customs has a form which allows you to re-claim the product....if you can prove it is FDA approved.

Actually on importation guidlines and statutes GH is considered a felony to import and is classified ALONG with steroids in the statute book.

they classify right along with steroids and use the terms interchangebly, along with HCG which is fucking stupid also.

So basically customs says it's a controlled schedule III substance. It's considered a felony to import with max sentence of 5 years.

I'm not saying customs is going to do a controlled delivery on a couple vials of GH, but the possibility of a felony has made me reconsider my thoughts on importing GH!!

I know what Rick says, rookie. I'm telling you what happens usually in the real world......from personal experience. I have a script for GH, so it is not illegal for me to possess.....but, if customs seizes your overseas shipment and determines that the drug is not FDA approved, they will not release it to you even with a script from an American doc.
Of course, you can not smuggle it, nor can you declare it, script or no script.
