In the past, I have asked these same questions, in the same format, and the threads get deleted, not just locked, deleted, and as is customary here, I don't get a PM, a k message, or anything addressing it.
Not a way to handle customer service if you ask me.
And yes, I have filed a support ticket on the issue (no response) and I have sent PMs (was told that 'they' would get back to me).
I encourage you to continue open and transparent dialog. That eliminates the need for constant questioning and in general puts EF's admin and customer service team in a position to garner the respect they deserve.
