Frank, I have two issues I still haven't had any follow up on:

1) I still see a banner ad, even though I have my setting for banner ads to OFF
2) when I try to use the expertpcsupport.com site, I get all kinds of broken links and basically nothing works.

I'm sorry I don't have any ebook or other account issues, but if the two I mentioned could be addressed it would be very helpfull.

1) After the upgrade to vB 4 we will be able to get err fixed.

2) Frank will forward that to Digger for review.

Do you have an estimated go-live date for the vB4 upgrade?

The expertpcsupport site looks so hosed I would imagine digger needs a dedicated developer resource for a month or two in order to address fully.

No estimates on time yet. Within the next 4-6 months I think is a good bet.

We already have a version working, just not available for you guys. Logician is adding all of the hacks and features to this thing before we go live.

BRR, I appreciate the responses.

In the past, I have asked these same questions, in the same format, and the threads get deleted, not just locked, deleted, and as is customary here, I don't get a PM, a k message, or anything addressing it.

Not a way to handle customer service if you ask me.

And yes, I have filed a support ticket on the issue (no response) and I have sent PMs (was told that 'they' would get back to me).

I encourage you to continue open and transparent dialog. That eliminates the need for constant questioning and in general puts EF's admin and customer service team in a position to garner the respect they deserve.
